Our Development Process
We develop everything in-house from UI/UX graphics design to the actual coding and deployment of the final products. Each step is managed by our team and we only proceed until it's is signed-off by our client. We hold weekly meeting with our clients to provide them with the project update and status of each step.
PLAN

We work with our client to capture the requirements and scope out the work required and build a solid project plan. Once the work scope is finalized and approved by the client, it is used to build out the complete proposal and as the launching point for the initial wireframes. We track changes to ensure accuracy
WIRE-FRAME

When the project plan is finalized, our wire-frame team takes over to create the placement of all objects of each page of the application. Whether a consumer mobile app, or a backend business application, this is the stage that we come to a final final agreement on what will placed on each page for the user to access.
DESIGN

As the wireframes for all pages are locked, it is time for our design team to take over and create the final look and feel of the app. This is the phase of the project where you will see the complete application come to life, and you will be presented with clickable versions to experience everything that the user goes through, prior to code.
CODE

With the wireframes finalized, it is now time to begin the Code work on the application and make it functional. We are an Agile development shop, and as such the project is broken down into baskets of features called Sprints . Our clients can review the progress of development process and provide feedback accordingly.
DEPLOY

After the application is completed, approved by our internal QA, project manager and the client – we are ready to deploy the code to its final destination. There are many options to deploy the software, from running it locally or hosting with cloud hosting provider. We counsel each client on the options and manage final steps.
WARRANTY

We don't walk away after the application is delivered. We monitor the application performance and apply fixes according to schedule. We provide warranty for all of our work and also provide extended warranty and support plans upon request. We response to incidents according to SLA signed by our customer
